Bolt's Order Form is Stupid and Misleading

I placed an online order. Order details looked accurate. Shipping - showed my correct name and address. Order Summary - showed the Subtotal, Free Delivery, Taxes & Total. All looked good. What is completely stupid is - below "Shipping" there is another box I didn't notice which says "Delivery In-Store Pickup EDIT". When my order was ready, I contacted the merchant and they said they were holding for pickup and that delivery would be an additional $23.00. This is not a nationwide chain ...

Will not allow me to use my Chase Sapphire as a payment method. Bolt support has twice replied it's because I have insufficient funds or my credit card limit is exceeded. Neither is true.

I use Bolt constantly in thailand…

I use Bolt constantly in thailand pattaya. The service was not bad. Most drivers are good people and many cars are in good condition. I would recommend not to register the card for payments because some dishonest drivers say it doesn't work and ask for cash. Someone else changes the amount paid by card. So you pay twice. Save your money, pay in cash.

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. Driver turned up late and actually charged me a “waiting” fee. I contacted Bolt customer service who promised to respond in 3 hours. 24 hours later - nothing. Terrible and untrustworthy.
