What do you like best? I have time using bold360 and I can say that I like everything it does, the fact that the client can have an interaction both with my team's personnel, as well as with the artificial intelligence that this software has, which is actually quite good and breaks the molds to which he was accustomed since this does not follow a script directly can be adapted to each client and provide excellent quality of service

Bold360 provides both a downloadable desktop version in Boldchat which is their old platform and an online-based login where agents and supervisors can connect to provide support from any internet-enabled device. What do you like best? Chat window is user friendly. It is very hard to find mistakes in the software. Toggling between chats is very easy and customization of many options are easy unlike other chat software.
