What do you like best about BoardSpot? The BoardSpot platform has made it easier to participate in my role as a board member. The meeting information is more organized and accessible, and we have access to everything in one convient location. "Excellent and easy resource!"

What do you like best about BoardSpot? Full visibility to all agendas and documents and calendars of Board and Committees. What do you dislike about BoardSpot? The site is slow - it takes a long time after clicking. What problems is BoardSpot solving and how is that benefiting you? We need the Board to have a resource that was universally accessible and easy to use.

What do you like best about BoardSpot? UX is easy to use and understand. Love the design and appreciate the ease overall. It has been really helpful in keeping myself organized engaging with a huge board of a huge non-profit! What do you dislike about BoardSpot? "Ease-of-use!"

What do you like best about BoardSpot? I love more than one thing - so, hard to say "best" - I like seeing photo images of my board colleagues, being able to see other committees' materials, and knowing when my next committee meeting is. The layout is so accessible, thank you. What do you dislike about BoardSpot? What do you like best about BoardSpot? Easy to use; accessiblity; support for attendance and quorum tracking What do you dislike about BoardSpot? What do you like best about BoardSpot? I love the way that the agendas and documents are uploaded and ready to use. What do you dislike about BoardSpot? I have not found anything to dislike about it. What problems is BoardSpot solving and how is that benefiting you? Having to search different emails from committee chairs to download reports; having to look on different dates to find agendas or minutes. BoardSpot has it all in one place.

What do you like best about BoardSpot? BoardSpot is intuitive and easy to use so all members of our team can be as involved as they want to be and have access to all the resources they need. What do you like best about BoardSpot? BoardSpot is a big upgrade from using something like Google Drive to organize board materials. Simple enough that it is accesible to less-savvy board members, and checks the box on all the key things. Most board portal platforms are enterprise-priced, and BoardSpot has offerings for smaller boards that can't spend thousands on software. We very much appreciate that. What do you like best about BoardSpot? BoardSpot keeps our notes all in one place. Easily adds all meetings to various calendars. Generating email with all pertinent meeting information is a huge timesaver. What do you dislike about BoardSpot? Building agenda feature could be more refined or have the option for personalized templates. What problems is BoardSpot solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization of agenda and mintues.
