"President/CEO"

What do you like best about Boardable? Boardable has been a great connector for our board and the information around decisions made in the board room and committee meetings. Having immediate access to board information has been extremely helpful regardless of where you are. What do you dislike about Boardable? If I had to have a downside, it would be that not everyone in the boardroom has the same technological skills What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting ...

"Administration & Communications Co-ordinator"

What do you like best about Boardable? Boardable is user-friendly and makes organizing board documents and meetings a breeze. What do you dislike about Boardable? We haven't come across any problems as of yet What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you? We used to send out a board package via email before the monthly meetings. Now our board members can access all the documents in one place.

"Outstanding and BEYOND over the top customer service!"

What do you like best about Boardable? I could not use the sidebar to communicate with the Bot, so I sought a contact number to reach a human for assistance. Typically, applications of this size don't allow you to speak directly to the CEO or, in my case, the Founder of Boardable. My phone call led me to Jeb, who kindly introduced me to John Applegate. Within minutes of my phone conversation with Jeb, I was connected with the Director of Sales and, finally, to the excellent Laura Buland, ...

"Boardable Makes Board record keeping easy"

What do you like best? Boardable makes it easy to compile all of the records our regulators require. Setting up accounts is easy. The program is highly intuitive. I think it is simple for anyone to use without extensive training. Our new admin hopped in it and got it even more organized with almost no instruction from me. Going back in time to a specific meeting is simple. We like it that you can make changes to meeting minutes even after you publish them. We love it that you can have more ...

"Our Board Loves the Software!"

What do you like best? As the administrator, I like that it takes attendance of meetings, it is very user friendly and that I don't have to make copies of our board notebook and try to keep that updated for 13-20 people all the time. I also like that it alerts me that a new board member has signed in and filled out their profile. What do you dislike? I have struggled with how to post minutes for new board members to access instead of having the go to old meetings files. What problems are ...

"Amazing Simple and Easy to Use Organizational Tool for All Nonprofits"

What do you like best? It is extremely easy to use and very intuitive. What do you dislike? I wish secure video conferencing was included. That would make it an all inclusive product. I wish you could edit an agenda and not have to be an administrator. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Location of documents, publishing of minutes, agenda creation and assigning people.

"I have had a great experience with Boardable, especially the ease of use and their customer service."

What do you like best? I love having everything at my fingertips. I can lay everything out for my Board and resources that once clogged emails can be organized with clarity and easily accessed. It was a very intuitive platform to get up and running and for Trustees to navigate for the first time. What do you dislike? I wish the Google Drive connection was deeper, but it is easy enough to create a PDF in Drive and link that. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is worth a ...

"Very user-friendly, easy to setup and implement quickly, excellent support"

What do you like best? 1. Everything all in one place for Board members to access 2. User Dashboard puts everything front and center, very clearly 3. Streamlines and reduces communications 4. Easier meeting prep and minute taking 5. Task list - love this feature! 6. Calendar integration removes the disparity of different systems needing to "talk" to each other, for example, a Google Calendar invite to an Outlook user works differently than to an Apple user. Boardable removes that. What do ...

"Boardable is a Great Tool for any Board!"

What do you like best? Everything the board needs is stored in one location. I also really like the ease of taking minutes since it gives you an agenda template to work through. What do you dislike? When you open a document, it downloads it to your computer. I'd prefer to just open it, since I already have it on my computer it makes an other copy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Efficiency in board communications.
