Very Bad Service

Very Bad Service. When our payments increased they take 20% Reserve Amount for chargebacks and any other refunds, this amount increases ever month and they wait this amount 6 month. We are selling products. It means customers must get the product in a month or not get. If there will any problem, customers will do chargeback in a month. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We had been working with this company for about two months with minimum chargebacks. As we started scaling our sales they just stopped sending payouts for no reason. The reviews I see here are just so terrible, everybody giving one bad review to the other. Not just about people, I have experienced the same. I started with bluesnap a few weeks…

I started with bluesnap a few weeks ago, and had a problem with their API where as when on a mobile device the fonts were so big I couldn't use it. After 2 weeks they finally fix that. Once I was up and running things were going along ok till duplicate and triple payments all done within the same second showed up. very disrespectful sales team

so after I get to email them, they simply send me my business doesn't fit in their criteria, first of all, I do digital marketing, there is absolutely no reason to not fit your diamond bluesnap, second of all I'm involved in more than one business where I want to get into online Ecommerce, do they really think I would come back for them !!absolutely worse customer service !!!!!

I wanted to try out this company, then I went to trustpilot to read the reviews, I noticed that Bluesnap answered all the positive reviews, but they hadn't answered any of the negative reviews, which are true horror stories. For this reason I'm out!
