PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? What I like best about Bluesnap include their amazing customer service, reoccurring billing feature, and awesome merchant dashboard. What aspects are problematic or could work better? There’s no case management functionality which is a bit inconvenient for merchants like me. Je viens de payer avec pour acheter un firewall et je dois dire que je ne pense pas que mes données bancaires soient bien traitées et sécurisées. Je pense que ça a dut etre développé en deux semaines vu le mail de confirmation qui ressemble a un spam ou une tentative de fishing. Très mauvaise expérience pour un client.
