Bluesnap is the best at what they do RECOMMENDED

Bluesnap has been helpful and provides us with services for many of our customers with ZERO problems and a system and P2P we definitely recommend.I look at the reviews and chargebacks occur when you as a company provide a service or product that is not what the customer wanted or you have not held up your end of the sale. this is not a Bluesnap issue. but your issue of poor service. Dealing with BlueSnap is an absolute nightmare as a merchant. They refuse to assist or respond to support tickets. Refuse to assist with chargebacks and always side with the buyer. We are beyond shocked! No Payouts!

We are beyond shocked with the level of service offered by Bluesnap. They have claimed to have paid vendors yet almost a month later no funds have reflected in their accounts TERRIBLE!!! Please, avoid these guys at all costs. You dont have a product if you use them

We are working with BlueSnap for over a year now and I must say this is the worst decision I ever made for my company!They decided to reserve $7K with no alerts, no explanations and didn't agree to release it!To make it clear our monthly revenue is 15K, and they took 7K in one month!They expect us to make changes in our core system in one day, We don't have money to pay employees!

Awful sales and support

Our team applied for a merchant account almost 3 weeks ago. We've had absolutely zero communication from the sales team, or anyone responsible for approvals. No indication of how long it will take, no request for further information.
