Nice platform to create email campaigns

What do you like best? It's easy to find how it works, easy to find tools to change the email style What do you dislike? Great Data Platform for Triggered Emails

What do you like best? Blueshift makes it easy to create triggered emails based on events through customer profiles. It is easy to create events, segments new email campaigns. What do you dislike? There are a few things that would help make Blueshift better, like allowing copy and paste feature of new templates within a branch to help with data transfer or being able to archive templates that are no longer in use to help give a cleaner view of campaigns. What do you like best? The UI is great and the functionality even better. What do you dislike? The length of time it takes to schedule a push notification campaign. What do you like best? Able to deploy messages on blast, trigger, Push, and SMS on 1 campaign flow - it's all-in-one. Plus, segmentation lot of query options. What do you like best? I like the rendering of emails displays on different device sizes. I also like having the ability to tag and sort emails What do you dislike? I don't have a way to leave notes about a particular email in the system without including it as an actual comment in the email html file. What do you like best? Customer service is friendly and the product is constantly being worked on to be made better. What do you dislike? The biggest issue with the product is the lack of control group tracking. They have buckets set up to withhold users from a send but no way great way to analyze how that control group performs compared to the treatment group. Easy to use and lots of analytics

What do you like best? The option to segment your database in very specific groups, then use those groups for sending them email newsletters. What do you dislike? Email creation interface could be more modern and the process of scheduling push notifications could be faster. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Segmentation is perfect, analytics very helpful, automation part very needed.
