Too many clicks
What do you like best? I can send an email to a lot of people. I send out Reload emails to customers What do you dislike? Good experience
What do you like best? On the technical side it has been easy to implement and any time we´ve had a technical challenge, you guys have always been ready and given quick replies What do you dislike? Grasping the concept of campaigns, segments, recommendations and how it all connects takes some time to get through. It's a big concept and takes time to get into. My experience has been mixed.
What do you like best? I like the selectivity process, segments. It's easy to filter out who you want to send to. What do you dislike? You pretty much have to write HTML to create an email template. The previous solution we used had better tools to make an email without knowing any HTML. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Blueshift has been a fantasic technology and a great partner

Amazingly powerful
What do you like best? How powerful and capable the software is. What do you dislike? The UI has a steep learning curve and surely needs to be better. Recommendations to others considering the product: Mastering the Creatives part is crucial for a good looking campaign. As a designer that's the biggest bottleneck for me. What do you like best? Blueshift really puts the customer needs first and they have an incredibly powerful platform, yet easy to use. Powerful Tool, But Takes a While to Prove It
What do you like best? Blueshift is an incredibly dynamic email marketing tool. Thankfully I'm well versed in HTML coding, so my templates look and function the way I want them. Powerful tool but too expensive for our needs
What do you like best? The Audience Builder is very powerful and easy to use. What do you dislike? Lack of integrations, no audience management in other platforms that are not email (Facebook, Google, etc), oldschool user interface and too expensive for our needs. A powerhouse of NASA Grade technology
What do you like best? Honestly? Triggered campaigns are pretty damn cool, they're essentially set and forget - but obviously don't actually forget about them - you should probably check them from time to time :P Also the bee template builder shared assets feature, from a dev point of view means a lot of good code re-use.
