I hated email marketing until Blueshift

What do you like best? The ability to send hyper-personalized content based on user attributes, behaviors, and more. What do you dislike? Because we aren't an ecommerce brand, the reporting capabilities aren't quite what we need. I can always get the data I want, but it just takes some Excel work. What do you like best? The ability to create email triggers and segment-based campaigns. What do you dislike? It should be easier to see your live and active campaigns somewhere and visually see a user journey. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great tool for technical marketers

What do you like best? I like that Blueshift is user-friendly for marketing teams. I have a team of 3 that are pretty self-sufficient within the tool. I also like that Blueshift connects to a lot of third parties (social platforms, NPS platforms, slack, etc). Their account services team is some of the most responsive groups of CS professionals I have ever worked with and I know that after I sen an email if I need them they will respond almost immediately if not within an hour or so. Great for Email Developers

What do you like best? If you're an email developer, you're gonna love Blueshift. Unlike some other ESP's and marketing automation platforms, Blueshift doesn't alter your markup (besides minifying the HTML) or add in any additional vendor specific HTML. What do you like best? When implemented properly, Blueshift provides a granular view of the user journey and possibly retarget these users if and when they did not convert.
