What do you like best? Personalization tools such as hour affinity send-times, algorithms, and conditional content helps me craft better messages for our users. There is also a training academy to help new users onboard to the platform and learn the ins and outs. This is extremely helpful for onboarding staff who will be regularly using Blueshift. What do you like best? The easy segmentation tool that allows a small team like ours to manage meaningful customer interactions. What do you dislike? Big features with small company care

What do you like best? With a robust feature set, there's a lot of flexibility and data available by default. Compared to a bigger ESP like SFMC, you have more control over what you can do, from setting up campaigns to segmentation, without needing to have a technical specialist. After getting acclimated with the event tracking, we were able to easily integrate around 100 events from our booking process to track customers through the purchasing life cycle.
