What do you like best? The Support from the team can't be matched! Every question I've ever had has been answered so quickly! What do you dislike? It has a rather steep learning curve through-out. Even after having used it quite a lot for 18 months there's still a lot of things I don't know about. Extremely powerful
What do you like best? I love the power and capability of the software and for my company it's a one-stop-solution for email marketing. The customer service is amazing and all my questions are answered quickly and adequately. Blueshift has really good documentation for learning about the features in the software which can be really helpful. What do you dislike? The UI has a learning curve but Blueshift has been updating it and making it gradually better. Cudos to them for that. ...

Does what it says on the tin
What do you like best? We reviewed a lot of systems and choose Blueshift. To have one system for all communication channels - i.e. our emails, on the website, making Facebook and Google segments etc. was a big thing. Being able to work across multiple domains opened up a whole new world of opportunities. Blueshift is Amazing!
What do you like best? The variety of options that makes out process so much easier. What do you dislike? The segment builder could be a little easier, and the website spins in place for a few minutes at least a couple of times a day. What do you like best? Event Trigger Campaigns! With Event Trigger Campaigns you can automate your mailings using Blueshift pixels on your website. What do you dislike? Blueshift rocks for future of customer communications.
What do you like best? The ability to centralize our data to create personalized experiences across multiple platforms: email, SMS, website and beyond. What do you dislike? Historically, Blueshift was not on par with some of the other company's reporting capabilities. HOWEVER, with the new release, Blueshift has great reporting and even some nice notification capability so I can easily keep my stakeholders in the loop on our programs. The best CRM plaform out there
What do you like best? Ability to send high volume of emails on a given day, get real-time analytics of email open rate, bounces, click-through rate, etc. Ability to re-send the emails incase of outages, timeouts, so that we do not lose out on high performing days. Cleaner insights into best time of the day, day of the week to send emails to users. What do you dislike?
