"Best PDF Viewer out there!"

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? in one word - Versatility. Bluebeam allows you to do so much more when compared to other programs such as Foxit or Adobe. To be honest, it does take a bit of getting used to but once you have a grasp on how it works, it is absolutely amazing. Additionally, I love the studio collaboration aspect. It blew my mind the first time I used it. What do you dislike about Bluebeam Revu? It is really hard to find something to dislike about it. If I had to ...

"Mostly Great"

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? I can calculate square footage right in the PDF so easily! I'm not an engineer/designer, so I don't have CAD or Revit to find that information out, and it's really helpful in my role. I also appreciate that I can easily add a PNG file of someone's signature directly into a form, where I want it and what size. With Acrobat, I used to have to add it as a watermark, change the X and Y coordinates on the page to get it where I wanted, etc. What do you ...

"Bluebeam Revu the most user friendly PDF/DWG markup software available!"

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? Everyone in my company uses Revu to mark up CAD drawings and share notes on construction drawings and it's super user friendly. New employees have no issue learning it quickly! What do you dislike about Bluebeam Revu? The full CAD support features require a paid subscription. This limits some users to haveing only manual markup abilities because we don't want to spend money for a full sunbscription for evey employee. What problems is Bluebeam Revu ...

"Expensive but great"

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? Will fully edit all PDF files so you do not have to print, mark up, scan and then send. Has good features and is relatively intuitive to use. You can also buy it outright instead of buying yearly licenses. What do you dislike about Bluebeam Revu? It is expensive for personal use. If you can get your company to buy it for you to use and load it on your personal computer that would be ideal. Recommendations to others considering Bluebeam Revu: Easy ...
