What do you like best? How easily I can search for what I need. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything I dislike. It has been so incredibly helpful. What do you like best? Bloomfire is easy to for customers to use and search and it's posts are equally easy for our IT department to create and maintain. Bloomfire has transformed how our Help Desk transfers knowledge to our campus community. What do you like best? This platform allows us to share documents and updated information. What do you like best? We use Bloomfire as being a knowledge-base to get information about existing software implementations as well as keep the financial team of ours up to date with existing functionality.
