Very handy tool for knowledge sharing and collaboration

What do you like best? Easy to find relevant topics and content via built in search engine and tags. It's also easy to sort and filter content by groups, categories and contributors. I like that as a contributor I can write one article or multiple articles and organise the in "series". Multiple people can contribute on a document by sharing questions, answers and comments which is great. One of the best platform for team collaboration across the globe.

What do you like best? I like that it is so intuitive and easy to use. But it is also supported by very clear and scalable workflow. What do you dislike? So much flexibility in designing the portal means, you have to rely on designer to get it right. Recommendations to others considering the product: Pretty good for knowledge sharing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharing the knowledge and documents across various teams.
