Internal adoption shows how good product is

What do you like best? The product is so easy to use, intuitive. we had a specific use case that fit perfectly w the platform which made adoption internally very smooth. As the 'internal champion' my concern signing up was the potential heavy lifting trying to spur adoption, but once a few key stakeholders came aboard it spread out pretty quick and i didn't need to spend much time/energy with follow up emails, incentive programmes, all hands shout-outs etc. What do you dislike? ...

I don't like the full screen feature, because I can't pull it up full screen for documents while looking at something else. Great Experience

What do you like best? I like that Bloomfire is a one spot resource for specs/instructions/ etc for all areas of Shaw. Often I need to find an answer quickly on installation/spec/or a video on a new collection and it is usually on Bloomfire. Which makes my job more efficient because I don't need to take the extra time to wait on the phone or an email back. What do you dislike? User friendly and super adaptable

What do you like best? I find Bloomfire to be one of the best learning tools I have ever used within a company, and I've used quit a few. The layout is user friendly, and I like how easy it is to add information and save your frequently used files. I would highly recommend this. What do you dislike?
