What do you like best about Bloomfire? I have been working with Bloomfire for 6 month now. I like that I am able to find most of the manuals for the units therefor making it easier for me to ID parts. It is easy to navigate! What do you dislike about Bloomfire? What do you like best about Bloomfire? It is an easy to use forum to post questions and past resolutions to many different issues. What do you dislike about Bloomfire? The fact that punctuation will mess with the search results. IE: Searching by part# 101432 will not find a question posted if the sentence ended with "101432?" What problems is Bloomfire solving and how is that benefiting you? Bloomfire solves many issues by serving as a forum to post compatibility questions for parts.

It is also a good way of keeping up with the catalogs the customer is shopping from to follow along with the customer. Including having videos on file to go back to as a refresher. What do you like best about Bloomfire? I like that Bloomfire can be adjusted to the way you search for information just by typing keywords that have been set up. All the reference information can be categorized, too, in groups for faster searches. Hyperlinks can be added for external searches. Bloomfire really is your friend! What do you dislike about Bloomfire? You can bookmark pages you use a lot, but you cannot set them to view your most visited pages up top, nor can you set up pages ...
