Smart and Interactive!

What do you like best? The page 'powered by Bloomfire' that we use in the workplace is quick and intuitive, often having the right response before the associate has completed typing the keywords! Our associates enjoy being able to interact with the information in real time, and to see their 'rankings' on how often they contribute to the page. What do you dislike? Occasionally the 'right' keywords are not utilized by the associates, and the results are not as complete, which results is ...

A great place for learning and all needed content

What do you like best? I just like the overall site layout and how the search parameters are laid out to find exactly what I am looking for What do you dislike? Sometimes there can be a lot of content to comb through so any additional granularity for searches would be nice What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was learning a lot about the systems that my company works with and the patches and changes that are incorporated all the time ...

Can't do my job without it...

What do you like best? So easy to search and navigate. Organized and thoughtfully laid out and always custom to my needs when looking for information I need. What do you dislike? Not specific to Bloomfire alone but adoption by others in my organization and contributions on a regular basis would be idea. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Looking up information to either prepare for my meetings or in some cases on the fly while I'm on ...

Mulesoft Concepts

What do you like best? It is very helpful site. it provides topics in a very concise and clear manner. Once I refer a particular concept , then other topics url or links which are related to this particular topic are already shown below the topic. It is very helpful by providing easy navigation. What do you dislike? Topics arrangement could have been better. Even though it looks good UI but little bit of arrangement of topics in easily navigable way would definitely help users a lot. ...

Great Customer Service

What do you like best? We use Bloomfire as a company "intranet" of sorts. It has a nice looking interface. Their customer service is great and they always let us know their road map and plans going forward and are always willing to listen to suggestions. What do you dislike? While they always listen to concerns, I still wish that everybody could have the ability to add to a series, not just the person who created it. Our employees post their quarterly status updates and every ...

A great source for company info

What do you like best? I appreciate the ability to access company info in one area, rather than always asking colleagues for help. I can do my own research and have an opportunity to become self taught. What do you dislike? I wouldn't say there's anything I dislike. maybe a question, is there a mobile version. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am to find proper ways to assist our members. I realized that the benefit of bloomfire is ...

Awesome Knowledge Sharing Tool for Teams who Cross-Collaborate

What do you like best? The ability to come to one place to learn more about specific software that we utilize and internal projects. I also love the ability to ask questions to the community. What do you dislike? Bloomfire's search feature could be improved. When searching for terms, it often takes a bit longer than usual to find what you are looking for or you need to know the exact key word to find the correct results. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Amazing Platform with Minimal Flaws

What do you like best? I love the community. I love how there are so many of the same question worded differently because, sometimes, a slight change in the wording changes the answer completely. What do you dislike? I don’t like how people’s responses can disappear. I’m not sure if it’s because their profiles are err deactivated, but it makes it difficult when people are thanking them and there is no original response. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...
