Great Source for Information Sharing

What do you like best? Contextual Searches are great. I can search for a phrase in a document and it will find it! What do you dislike? I have no complaints with the system. It works seamlessly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Knowledge sharing in the insurance industry is huge being able to cross reference underwriting knowledge.

What do you like best? I like the fact that when setting up the information on Bloomfire you can set your own search tags. This makes it easier for the employees to look up the information that they need to complete their jobs. What do you dislike?
