"Scaled So Well With Us"

What do you like best about Bloomfire? We actually took the platform with us when my original company was bought by a larger one. That larger one had no KB solution in place and so was happy to have access to Bloomfire. It scaled beautifully from about 40 users to over 400. What do you dislike about Bloomfire? The search function doesn't always return the results I know are in there, even when I've tried deliberately to ensure I'm using what I think should be the most relevant search terms. ...
