"Great Customer Service"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang was east to set up as a first-time CRM user. I love the online customer service that is available every day. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I wish that I could have two separate databases - one for clients and one for donors. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Bloomerang gives me a better place to keep track of all the interactions and donations and allows team members to see and record as well.

"Great Customer Service"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? Whenever I have a question, I have several options to seek answers: 1. Chat; 2. Call;, 3. Email. I've always found the customer service to be excellent. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Probably cost. We are trying to grow our donor base so regularly add contacts with hopes of engaging them as donors. "Well organized CRM to helps us keep up to date on donor management"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is incredibly user-friendly and they have so many training videos to help everyone learn how to use it and how to level up their use as well. Any time I have had a question, customer service has gotten back to me very quickly and has been very kind and helpful. Bloomerang is an amazingly intuitive platform that is easy to use and robust enough to get the reporting needed.
Bloomerang is an amazing platform that allows me to truly develop my donor base. The staff is incredibly responsive to any questions and any problems have been resolved quickly. It's easy to maintain relationships with donors via email, letters, and/or phone calls. I highly recommend Bloomerang to everyone I know who works with fundraising and/or donors.

Excellent Customer Service
We have been very happy with bloomerang. It has increased our donor engagement and donations. When we began with them in 2016, we had approximately 1500 donors. We now have over 8,000. And our donations have skyrocketed. But what we love the most is the customer service. They are always available to chat and help you walk through any question. We highly recommend this for any nonprofit, small or large.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Data querying capabilities and accounting integration What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Non, love the software for the price we paid! What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? We've been able to finally move away from manually maintained spreadsheets into an integrated and intuitive database!
