As a donor database Bloomerang is easy…
As a donor database Bloomerang is easy to use. We were told Bloomerang could do memberships, however I had to create custom fields to be able to maintain my membership customers. As it does not have any back end working for these custom fields for rolling forward data, all membership data changes must be entered / changed be hand. If you are buying Bloomerang to replace a membership database, keep this in mind.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Easy to use, user friendly. Maybe a little clunky. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Maybe a little clunky - not always easy to update or enter information. I'm on a pretty slow computer though. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking donations and doing it smoothly.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang offers countless helps, including video tutorials, numerous articles, chat, and a service help center that is very prompt in responding. "Powerful Tools, Hard to Use, Great Support, Increasing Fees"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is a good CRM with many powerful tools that can be customized for almost everything you need. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? During our transition from the old CRM to Bloomerang, they made a huge mistake in syncing donors with their credit card numbers and charged all our recurring donors the wrong amounts. What do you like best about Bloomerang? I love the reporting and integration aspects of Bloomerang. We can use Bloomerang as our Donor and Supporter CRM, as our Volunteer portal, as our reporting mechanism for all things Development, and as our email Communications platform, all within one system that talks to each part and also integrates with QuickBooks Online and Zapier and Squarespace and a handful of other third party vendors we employ. What do you like best about Bloomerang? They are always thinking of new features and implementing new ideas! What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Columns in reports. Not user friendly and can be confusing at times. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Automation. Ease of reports. Helping us raise more money and know our donors better.

"Love Bloomerang for it's ease of use and for the amazing support"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is very user-friendly and easy to use, especially compared to platforms like Raiser's Edge, which I've also used. Reports are MUCH easier to make, bulk emails are easy to create and send out. What is truly amazing is the support from the Bloomerang team. What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is intuitive and therefore easy to use. Their customer service is spot on. As a small nonprofit, Bloomerang meets all of our needs - - CRM, fundraising, communications and more. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? There is nothing that doesn't meet our needs. "Great Customer Service"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang was east to set up as a first-time CRM user. I love the online customer service that is available every day. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I wish that I could have two separate databases - one for clients and one for donors. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Bloomerang gives me a better place to keep track of all the interactions and donations and allows team members to see and record as well.
