"Excellent Customer Service"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? Excellent, responsive customer service. Wonderful help vidoeos and articles. User friendly. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Sometimes they don't have the features I would like to use, but they do have a feature request portal! What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Ease of tracking donor communications and metrics. Email newsletters and letter creation. Ability to easily compare data year over year.

"User friendly database especially for non-profit companies!"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang takes the guess work out of constiuent file keeping! Having all constiuents in one database takes the guess work out of file retention! What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Bloomerang gives the opportunties to format specific letters for each campaign. The formatting platform is not always easy to use at times. "Everything we need all in one place"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? There are many options in Bloomerang which make my life as the financial Officer of a small non-profit easier. Once I enter a donation, a thank you is automatically generated and the funds are recorded in Quickbooks. Also, we have created many custom letters that can be personalized to each constituent. What do you like best about Bloomerang? I love the reporting aspect. Very easy to learn and use. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? We cannot afford the in person help we use to get. I miss that. What do you like best about Bloomerang? Easy to use interface. Help is always available What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Grant tracking, I wish you had a module to track grants What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking donations and creating reports is easy so I know where I am making progress on my fundrasiing goals. We recently added the volunteer management module and love it

"Better than the competition"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? I've used a lot of CRMs including RE, Donorperfect, and others. Compared to those, bloomerang is by far the best, easiest to use, and comes with some great resources and support. They frequently add or update features that are helpful. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Like most CRMs, they still have some kinks to work out. Reports can be complicated and don't always do what you want them to. As a donor database Bloomerang is easy…
As a donor database Bloomerang is easy to use. We were told Bloomerang could do memberships, however I had to create custom fields to be able to maintain my membership customers. As it does not have any back end working for these custom fields for rolling forward data, all membership data changes must be entered / changed be hand. If you are buying Bloomerang to replace a membership database, keep this in mind.

Software Inexperienced Small Nonprofit…
We are a small nonprofit and our staff is older; not very computer literate. We chose Bloomerang because our research told us it was easier to use than other CRM and that a small organization would fit and be welcomed. Nonetheless, it has taken us a year or more to be able to understand and use this software in meaningful ways. BUT... now we simply couldn't do without it!
