Nothing simple. The instructors assume that everyone is an advanced user. Nothing is kept simple. Would not recommend Bloomerang to anyone.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? The ease of use for both the end user (e.g. executive director looking up a donor's address) and technical staff (e.g. running reports, entering donations, creating a query). What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I'm struggling to come up with anything. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Bloomerang allows nonprofit organizations to move from tracking transactions (donations) to tracking relationships (donors).

The problem of donor retention and organization, communication paths and donor experiences.

What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? We are so much better able to segment our donor communications and also to report an instant snapshot of how our fundraising is doing with appropriate metrics
