The platform is pretty easy to learn

The platform is pretty easy to learn. I wish that there was a way to simultaneously have a donor record open and also a communication (i.e., a letter or email). You have to toggle between one or the other.

Responsiveness

Bloomerang is easy to use and the support team is very responsive and helpful. I appreciate the informative webinars on fundraising and use of the Bloomerang system.
