"Best report tool, replaces office365"

What do you like best about Blockspring? That we can reduce costs by quiting Office365 and moving the reports on the cloud being accessible anywhere not just offline. We like the interface and the ui design. What do you dislike about Blockspring? Sometimes the pages load slow but I'm sure this will be improved in time. What do you like best about Blockspring? The service could be good, but lacks customer service What do you dislike about Blockspring? Worst customer service ever, they do not comunicate with you so if you run into any issues at all just don't expect a solution. You will most likely have to change services after a while.
