What do you like best? I like the breakout sessions. They are the best places for networking. What benefits have you realized? I no longer need to use a spreadsheet to complete my account reconciliation. It has made reconciling times drastically decrease.

What do you like best? Easier to understand reconciliations because they are all in the same format. What do you dislike? Some of the import items processes aren't entirely what I want. For example, I would like to be able to upload multiple schedule items at one time, rather than uploading supporting items and then manually converting them to schedule items.
