What do you like best? I like the task management features built right into the system. No offline checklist on the back of a post-it stuck on someone's monitor in Toledo. What do you like best? Reconciliations can be highly automated through the matching module. Accountants do not even need to fully understand how all the data sources relate and matches are made. What do you like best? I like the ability to do free form journal entries and have a workflow tracking. I also like that there is an ability to track monthly tasks to ensure they are completed with sign-off workflow, including certifications. What do you dislike? It seems that they system administrator has to do a lot of things. For example, if a user puts in a task, the system administrator has to review/approve it. What do you like best? System has the functionalities that enables the user/approvers/reviewers to see the details of an account reconciliation and tasks. There is no shortage of comment boxes/text fields where you can add documentation to substantiate the reconciliation.
