What do you like best? Blackline has allowed use to ditch stacks of paper. What do you dislike? Switching roles. I which my access was by user and not defined by role What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can now easily see completeness and eliminate paper

When reviewing - the additional support or items pop up in the same screen - but would be quicker in another screen.
