"Compliance and Controls"

What do you like best? I like the breakout sessions. They are the best places for networking. What do you dislike? the flickering lights 5 min before end of breakfast hour What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? completeness and accuracy. I am looking into the CIM module to fix the issue.

What do you like best? I love the visibility of the process workflow and the efficiencies in the reconciliation process. What do you dislike? I don't like how disconnected the current modules are to each other. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Standardized reconciliations, visibility of control processes and less FTEs to complete close tasks.

Sometimes when I am in the account rec tool, I don't know which hat I am wearing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Know your company's need and commitment level before you go to Blackline. You should implement 4 modules to make it fully integrated. What do you like best? Matching cuts down manual daily workload by 60% or more. What do you dislike? The system frequently times out. This causes manual work to be repeated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping daily reconciliations. Blackline helps to identify daily exceptions making exception management and customer service easier to manage.
