"Blackbaud CRM"

What do you like best about Blackbaud CRM? My user enjoy the ease of use of the system. They also loved the speed and visibility What do you dislike about Blackbaud CRM? That is builds tables for the attributes and they are not friendly names. What problems is Blackbaud CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Advancement are taking donations and able to keep track of constituents more concisely.

"Hard to run reports with multiple requirements"

What do you like best about Blackbaud CRM? I like that its fairly user friendly and you can see all the information for your people in one place. I like that you can run reports and they have a great chat feature which gives you a step by step tutorial if you are having a hard time figuring something out. I also like that you can use eTapesty and the merchant services portal separately if you don't want to use them both at once or if you switch to a new system. What do you dislike about ...

"Big upgrade over RE"

What do you like best about Blackbaud CRM? This greatly expanded our database management over RE. Many more capabilities and much more flexibility. Very customizable. What do you dislike about Blackbaud CRM? Customizations sometimes seem slow and tough to get created. What problems is Blackbaud CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Gives us many more capabilities in segmenting our data and querying on our database. Reporting capabilities are a lot better too.

What do you like best about Blackbaud CRM? I like the way in which it handles, processes and reports multi-currencies for the Global Charity I work in. It means CRM can be accepted as central/global system easily. What do you dislike about Blackbaud CRM? I dislike the way lack of innovation to drive the product forward in line with the pace the sector demands.
