What do you like best about Blackbaud CRM? Very little. If it worked adequately, Lead tracking would be amazing. What do you dislike about Blackbaud CRM? BB gives too much control to the end-user. Query designer is fine for simple queries but you can't use it for complex queries with joins. You have to create query view and use that query view as a selection for your query to do joins. What do you like best about Blackbaud CRM? Blackbaud CRM is fairly intuitive, but I really like that it keeps a "Recently Accessed" list on my left task bar.
