Things have gone downhill fast
What do you like best? The new Biznessapps is like a new company. What do you dislike? It's like a new company for all the wrong reasons. The past team was great and on top of all issues. But now, there is no response to tickets, despite transitioning to a new ticketing system (like the system was the problem, it was the people running it. They use to be a good company. now they're a liability
I've been with Bizness apps for 6 years and this is the worst the company has ever been. Since the new owners have taken over everything has gone to trash. The new owners doubled the cost for resellers with promises of making the platform better, only to have taken away features and lowered the quality of support. Don't walk..
Don't walk... RUN from this company. Try contacting them. Go on I dare you. Zero response. Try cancelling with them. Not a chance. No way to cancel your account unless you contact them. Guess what, they never respond. My advice to anyone is DON*T EVEN LOOK...just keep on going. Loads of real offers out there that want to work with you not against you.I will be initiating a chargeback if they try to charge my card on file. Oh yeah, you can't update that either. DO NOT USE Bizness Apps. Find another platform to build your app on.
Was with Bizness Apps for over 5 years as a reseller and they were recently acquired. They have more then doubled the prices and continue to have a very buggy platform. They also reduced the amount of support hours they provide and have a VERY slow response time. They force you to sign long term agreements for the use of their software. More than doubled pricing with no upside to this date. Such a shame
Since Bizness Apps was bought out they have more than doubled prices with a system that is now very unstable with many bugs. The platform used to be great but has completely changed in the last 18 months with system breaking on a continual basis. I am considering my options now as I can't afford to stay with them based on their very expensive price hike. end of the game, for me
What do you like best? I used to love their support team until they sold the business several months ago. I like the idea of a new direction of the business, more investment, better product. So far just promises. What do you dislike? We have a buggy system, no improvements or fixes in the last three months, just promises. Bizness Apps Very Good App Builder
We've been with Bizness Apps for over a year and they have great customer service, good leadership and a very nice platform. We have worked with several other app platforms, but I feel they are one of the best out there. If you need something they will respond and help. I can't say that for many others.
