What do you like best? As a revenue ops professional, this tool has given me insight into one of the most convoluted reporting challenges that we face in the day-to-day. Improved insight into campaigns and overall marketing influence
What do you like best? I love that Bizible is able to track UTM parameters from anonymous first touch through opportunity closed-won. In doing so, Bizible solved for a missing function for us in Marketo. We're now able to track on a much granular basis how leads interact with our marketing programs, and how both online and offline campaigns influence opportunities. What do you dislike? Valuable insights, helps streamline attribution reporting
What do you like best? Seeing insights into marketing behavior, all the way from anonymous to identified. Bizible helped to solve a huge pain point in our marketing department. On top of that, their solution has a seamless integration into Salesforce which we rely heavy on for reporting. What do you dislike? Full visibility into marketing channels
What do you like best? Full visibility into a wide range of marketing data directly within Salesforce. What do you dislike? At times it is tough to bucket all channels into the correct categories. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Amazing Customer Service, Especially from Pierre
What do you like best? In addition to a fairly easy to use product, we could not be more happy with the amazing customer service we have received. As newer members to the team, we inherited an existing deployment of Bizible that may not have been ideal, but our rep, Pierre has been amazing helping with getting us up-to-speed. Bizible is a lifesaver.
What do you like best? I can now track back ROI on marketing campaigns by channel without even leaving salesforce. This is crucial in being able to make decisions around optimizing our spend by channel. We know we are investing in programs that drive qualified prospects and revenue. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The app does what it promises and customer service is excellent. What do you dislike? Changing the way we analyze marketing data
What do you like best? Being able to calculate ROI across all marketing channels is always a challenge. Being able to attribute some of those returns to leads in a multi-channel funnel is even harder. Bizible allows us to do all of that and to better understand where our leads are coming from and which channels work best. The customer service is also top-notch. What do you dislike?
