An excellent tool with support to match

What do you like best? Bizible onboarding was excellent. Their customer service team is very professional and helpful. Even generic support requests are handled quickly and successfully. What do you dislike? You need to be collecting data for quite a while before knowing the first touchpoint is actually the first touch and not just the first one that Bizible captured. What do you like best? 1. Bizible is deeply integrated with Salesforce, which makes customized reporting a breeze 2. The dashboards give great visibility for full-funnel attribution 3. Great for B2B attribution

What do you like best? The attribution models built by Bizible are very effective at measuring ROI of marketing programs and guiding decision making on budget allocation. What do you dislike? Two main things: 1) doesn't allow to clean up and normalize data afterword. Good product with a couple annoyances

What do you like best? It works seamlessly once you understand it. It takes a while to figure out how to work with it. It's super flexible and you can be creative with it once you do. What do you dislike? The dashboard is not native to SFDC and requires a lot of manual work if you use services outside of Bing and Adwords What problems are you solving with the product? Great platform, great insight. Not sure I could move to an company without it.

What do you like best? Bizible has allowed us to determine the true effectiveness of our marketing channels and programs to a granular level. What do you dislike? I have not yet found anything I don't care for. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you're looking to assess your marketing channel effectiveness you need a proper tool. What do you like best? Bizible bridges the gap between marketing initiatives and sales won opportunities. This helps justify marketing spend and secure marketing budget for future years.
