Strong tool for marketing attribution

What do you like best? Bizible provides the framework to build an effective marketing attribution model. For our company, with a 1 person Marketing Operations group and no access to an internal data science or analyst resource, Bizible has been instrumental in providing a sophisticated multi-touch attribution model without having to build from scratch. What do you like best? Excellent customer service, completely unbeatable. Truly a company that bends over backwards to ensure that their customers are getting the most out of their solution. Customer Service is Unmatchable

What do you like best? Onboarding and Support for this tool is incredible. The transition to a more complex version was daunting, but there was always support along the way, who are happy to help at the drop of a hat. Our customer success manager Graeme Truschel is the most patient and supportive person I have dealt with from an external company. He genuinely wants his customers to be successful. Bizible is easy to use in Salesforce.com, but its own dashboard UI has limited capabilities. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
