My search has finally got to the right result. This app is really a nice app that has so many features and the best part is that all these features work actually :P. I tried several other parental apps too, but those were lacking in one way or the other. I really like its screen lock option that can be done in two ways auto and manually. I was paying anvoice to a third party…

I was paying anvoice to a third party and they recommended bitpay. I paid exactly what was asked and next thing i got a message saying the funds were being returned to me as there was not enough to cover the invoice. That was a week ago. They took abt 50$ and im still waiting. They sent an email yesterday with some story and they will pay it yesterday..still waiting. I cant get into the app and the emails get returned?? Really bad. Cananyone tell me how to reach them?? Tx

Sent documents for verification as a merchant. Over two weeks have passed, no reply whatsoever despite claiming that a review takes up to 5 days. Opened two tickets with support a week ago, no reply there as well.

I use bitpay primarily for giftcards. In my time using bitpay since early 2020 i've encountered two issues.1. Didn't receive giftcard. Due to some error from the gift card company side. (This was resolved by bitpay support. I am thankful to their support team)This happened in July 20212. Crypto money was deducted despite a transaction failure and because of this i did not receive the gift card i ordered. However bitpay support resolved this issue within 2 weeks and refunded the FIAT Money ...

"Lost all at Bitpay" is way to common of an occurrence

I was looking for a way of using some of my Mining income that I started doing to have extra money, and I only get $100 a month for forcing my PC to work 24 hours a day. So it is quite valuable to me, especially with Covid going on. I pretty much lost it all on Bitpay with nothing in return. After funding my Bitpay wallet for $3.95 in Fees from Atomic Wallet, Bitpay wanted over a $15 fee for a $20 Giftcard.
