Not to mention, in places where links aren't clickable such as Instagram captions, nobody would be able to even try to remember a long URL to type into their browser! What do you like best about Bitly? Bitly is one of the best free saas tools I have used to generate our QR codes & shorten URLs. The platform has a very easy and reliable user interface even for first time users. The tool also helps you track engagement rates like clicks which is very helpful.

Their customer support is garbage
Their customer support is garbage. Marking issues as resolved even though my request was not resolved. The bot in the chat section is extremely annoying bombarding you with multiple messages at a time. They make it impossible to actually communicate with someone and once you do, they are completely useless and put no effort into even trying to understand the issue you have. Extremely pricey to not even care about the customer experience.

Scam Scam Scam. Read the other reviews. This is terrible. Don’t do it, trust me. I’m sure there will be lawsuits against this companies unethical tactics. Reprinting my business cards. Don’t give this company your money. I’m never recommending Bitly.
