We printed a brochure with bitly QR…
We printed a brochure with bitly QR codes. Initially they worked fine, but since a few weeks they are blocked by bitly. I reached out to them several times, the issue remains unsolved. They simply closed the first ticket stating the links work, and they are not responding to any new appeals. DO NOT USE bitly for printed documents.

What do you like best about Bitly? We've been using Bitly for eleven years now. We're a small ISP providing internet to rural homes and businesses. Shortly after our initial launch of services we began to realize that we were presenting to customers in a way that made us appear to be disjointed.
