"Making Every Link Count!"
What do you like best about Bitly? We use Bitly mainly for our social media pages, Bitly shortens the long URL links from our website pages. This goes well with our social media messages. Also, we can track those links as well.

Bitly has numerous bugs and awful customer support
Bitly has numerous bugs that its customer service doesn't acknowledge. Additionally, if you make a mistake in a link, that counts against your credits for the month and they do not let you correct the links.
