"The original keeps up with the times"
What do you like best about Bitly? Setup for a custom domain was an absolute breeze, and the Chrome extension makes it darned easy to make new links. It's nice to have the analytics a click away, too.

What do you like best about Bitly? Bit.ly is super functional and can tie into all our social media services - we do not have to worry about scrambling through multiple UTM parameters at once.

What do you like best about Bitly? I like how quick and easy bitly is to use, and how it's open to anyone to use. It really cleans up your posts when you're trying to share content that requires linking out to another site.

"Good tool, but limited support or clarity on limits"
What do you like best about Bitly? I appreciate the ability to re-direct links or rename links. To keep branding consistent, we moved away from using individual links for each event and instead use the same link each year for recurring events. All we change is the back end URL so direct to the new landing page for the event each year. This has also been helpful when unexpected errors required us to redirect away from a location we had originally planned to use.
