No customer service. You are scammed into buying a paid plan. Should be reported.

Horrible experience and no customer support
Please avoid! Deceiving advertising and practically no customer service to get through! Ended up having to pay one year subscription for a week's use and now they are still trying to charge me to renew for another year of not using their services! There's no one to get in touch with to cancel as I am not using their services.

Bitly is a SCAM
In need of a QR code to direct people for my mother's memorial, I Googled 'free QR code generator' and this this service was the first to pop up. I navigated the information as best as I could through the mental haze of grief and created a QR code knowing I was using a trial, thinking I could subscribe to a monthly service for June to make it through the event. I basically had to cancel my credit…
I basically had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop charging me. They are one of these companies that makes it as hard as possible to cancel once you've started a subscription... no phone number and wont respond to emails.
