What do you like best about Birdeye? We were struggling to keep our ratings up. People tend to review when upset but don't normally go out of their way to review when happy. What do you like best about Birdeye? I get great reporting when we receive a review be it good or bad. It is easy for us to get a link we send to customers that allow them to review us if they choose to do so. The number of reviews we get are amazing. "Birdeye is Awesome!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? Everything is intergrated for our company. It is so easy to communicate with our customers and visa versa! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing that I can think of! I have not encountered an issue that has not been resolved. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? They ask for reviews automatically which is great, they communicate on our behalf as well.

I recently worked with support

I recently worked with support because one of my Google pages was no longer mapped. I sent a chat request and Sumeet was awesome! I got a couple "click here" and then "click there's" and I was fixed in less than 2 minutes. I have been using Birdeye for about 4 months now and it's been a great experience overall.
