"Love that it sends our customers link to review via text."
What do you like best about Birdeye? It gives our tenants the option to leave a review for our website instead of just google or yelp. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There is nothing that I dislike about Birdeye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Its helping us get reviews and in the long run appear in the beginning of Google when someone is in need of Storage.

"Birdeye is convienent"
What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is nice & simple to use. Nothing complicated. What do you dislike about Birdeye? At first a lil hard to understand how to use but it's all a matter of repitition & getting used to. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye is helping customers submit their good experiences with us & in a result that's bringing more business to us.

What do you like best about Birdeye? It's very convenient and easy to use and saves me time throughout the day. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There isn't anything to dislike it has been amazing. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to manage our customers from one platform. It's less time consuming.

What do you like best about Birdeye? How easy to use it is, how quick and effective it is and how personal you can make the review requests. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I honestly have not found anything I dislike about Birdeye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to send review requests instantly after a client interaction, being able to help online image.

What do you like best about Birdeye? Able to view all reviews for all platforms. We also get to view the history and dating back to all time vs just a ninety day span. This is helpful especially being able to look up Facebook reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It does not display our website reviews and just shows the major platforms. What do you like best about Birdeye? I really like the text to customer feature. It makes it so easy for customers to click the link and give us a review. Its fast. For our teems in the field, It allows them to easily send Review requests to our customers via text but also have the customer scan a QR code. What do you like best about Birdeye? UPDATE: I have been using Birdeye for over a year now and still find this tool necessary for reputation management and citation management for an organization of our size. What do you like best about Birdeye? Customer Service is outstanding! I love having payments and texts on one platform. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I think undread texts should be highlighted. Texts are easily missed on this platform. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? They are always on top of their game with any issue I bring to them.
