What do you like best? It's "user-friendly". You can pull time expenses reports, create custom codes and activities for jobs. Allows to integrate with QB. What do you dislike? The manual import is hard sometimes. It does not have a MAC installation so it has to be run through IP. Database and other software tools need to be installed on a physical location. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This product is surprisingly user friendly. I like how I can use this across several devices. Great Accounting Tool- But Could be Better!

What do you like best? BillQuick is a great system to keep your data organized. It has helped us immensely to track data, gather reports and manage them well. What do you dislike? I have been using it only for a limited time, however some of the things that I dislike are its limitations. It's lack of flexibility could cause some minor hiccups in the process. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love how simple and easy it is for tracking time. I've been using BillQuick to compare the actual time used intended for our set budget. Easy to Learn and Use

What do you like best? Pulling information on specific project and clients is fast and easy. What do you dislike? Sometimes billing hours are not all pulled for invoices - you need to spend a couple of extra steps making sure everything is there before you can bill. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integration with QuickBooks is easy and tracking job costs and man hours has been way more efficient than our old software.

Buggy but passable time-tracking system.

What do you like best? It's easy to submit your time once you've filled it out. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Its multi-user functionality is good and security restrictions can be manipulated. It lets employees enter their own time but prevent them from having to disrupting other billing aspects within the program.
