What do you like best about BillingPlatform? BRM is easy to use and accurate with all the detail being imported. when I do need help, support is very responsive. I use the invoicing and reporting features mostly. What do you dislike about BillingPlatform? The initial program around switching can be a pain but it is worth it and helps you to get your data all cleaned up and in order anyway, which should be done periodically.
