Their customer service could use a bit of improvement but they are a decent third-party accounting software/company. Would recommend for midsize companies.

User friendly and flexible
I use Bill almost every day for multiple clients for years now, and integrate with QuickBooks (Online and Desktop versions). I have found it to be user friendly and flexible, but we only use it for AP and I don't care for Divvy. I like that Bill improves the layout, UI and processing. Definitely makes our payables a breeze, we have lots of approvals, I love that paper copies, paper filing, paper checks are no longer used in our organizations. Pros & Cons
Pros: I like how I can import bills and pay in bulk. It saves me a lot of manual time each week paying invoices and vendors! The software itself is great, and it integrates well with our Quickbooks. Makes uploading, approving, and paying vendors much more streamlined. Cons: Customer service isn't the greatest. Not great but best I have found
Overall, I haven't found anything better than bill.com for our AP and AR (and boy have I looked). It does what we need but receiving payments and the sync with QB needs some work. Also some of the defaults are frustrating - like when they try and force you to use virtual card payments.

Great for small to midsize businesses on AP side
Great for small to midsize more simple companies on the AP side of operations. It has become slower and slower and the OCR is hit or miss. There is minimal customization and rules to automate coding if you use a lot of dimensions. AR is very very limited. It works and we utilize to receive electronic payments when needed, but cannot use it for regular invoicing due to limitations. A new era!
Gone are the days of manually coding monthly credit card statements and posting to QuickBooks. We have leveraged some of the documentation requirement back on the cardholders, allowing for the accounting department to work more efficiently. With transactions syncing with QuickBooks daily, we are able to produce real-time financial statements on a moment's notice.

It is quick and easy to pull up payment details, check invoice status, and update banking information to receive payment.
