Not a great experience

These folks are useless. No one can help you. I have been receiving another companies payments for about a year now and they do not have the ability to remove our email from the other companies account. It seems so easy. All I get are steps on how to change the email in my own account over and over. I just went round and round via messenger because you cannot talk to a real live person. They don't deserve a single star!

This is the WORST company! We are forced to use it as some of our clients pay us via Bill.com. You can NEVER reach ANYONE for assistance. They have a lot of buttons that say "Customer Support" and "Contact Us" but they are all useless. All it does it send you into a loop that eventually, after much time and hassle, dumps you back to the beginning. Very unresponsive

Very unresponsive. When they do email back, they supply dead salesforce links and tell you to log into your account message center but any referenced ticket is nowhere to be found. Cannot recommend this company whatsoever. Note that their response to all the negative reviews is virtually the same and doesn’t address any of the issues. Would not recommend - poor/non-existent tech support

The platform is useful, but only if you have no technical issues or privacy/data concerns. As soon as I submitted a ticket and needed customer service their team was either non responsive, intentionally ignored me or had an automated ticket reminder email sent to me daily with no intention on following up on the ticket. Cost me £100 just to use

Refused to pay a USD invoice to my USD account. Transferred the USD to GBP at a terrible exchange rate, costing me about £100. System is opaque, customer service is useless.

I was receiving an emergency grant

I was receiving an emergency grant. I am a disabled Senior. BILL.com sent me a email telling me that they would provide an instant transfer of the grant into my account if I signed up and provided them with my bank account, SSN and other personal information.
