Stressful and annoying experience

Horrible website- not fit for purpose…

Horrible website- not fit for purpose for international customers. They only accept US phone numbers, but I am from UK, so even cannot contact an agent on their helpline if I have an issue, because you cannot pass beyond contact form where they ask for US phone number and it’s mandatory.

Non Existent customer service and no answers

Company uses multiple third parties that they don't tell you about, tell you your funds have been sent and provide non-existent tracking information. After battling for almost a week through the client to get an answer on where the funds are, additional run arounds on additional information from "a bank", no answer on the funds, non existent customer service. stay away from this company - another transfer gone "missing", once again non existent service from Bill.com, beyond poor.

Not worth the issues Bill caused

Before you sign up for this, think about your cash flow. If you make a payment directly from your bank account, the cash is deducted when your payee cashes the check. But if the check hasn't been cash, it will still be in your account. With Bill, you send the money to Bill, and Bill keeps the money until the check is cashed. If you are a small biz, that $1,000 cash in your account sure would be useful. What happens to that cash in the meantime? Are we floating free cash to Bill? What ...

Bill.com was been the worst payment…

Bill.com was been the worst payment provider our business has ever worked with. The customer service email disregards everything that you say, they do not allow you to call in with any questions or concerns. The company withheld funds for work we had performed for over 4 weeks without cause. This is a very shady and untrustworthy enterprise!

Slow to Pay, limited invoicing options - NOT worth it.

Went all in with a trial, setting up vendors and customers. The invoicing piece was nice, and it's a nice feature to be able to charge a convenience fee for customers choosing to pay by credit card vs. ACH. However, you can't choose which customers get which option. Also, no virtual terminal option. The BIGGEST issue I has was how Bill was to pay my contractors. Unfair Practices and lies

I was introduced to bill.com by one of our clients, they wanted me to use it so they can easily pay our company's invoices, so I did, and then I realized that a 1% transaction fee for large sums like 15k+ would be a lot of money, customer care suggested me to go for $49/month subscription to avoid large fees, so I subscribed and later they increased this to $55/hr, I didn't even complain about that, but I started noticing 1% fees has been deducting from the payments again, so I've contacted ...
