Fake reviews. This app is horrible!!

I am working with a company that uses this app for payment. It takes a very long time to receive the first payment. I understood that, however, I received a message asking to upload identity information. I could not upload due to the app freezing. My account was deactivated after receiving 2 payments. I have one more payment owed and it has been very hard to reach a real person. I would not recommend this app when it comes to anything involving money. The positive reviews on other sites are ...

Zero Fraud Support

Bill.com allowed someone to create a fake account using our company name and then sent our customers an email saying to use bill.com. When we brought this to brought this fraud to bill.com attention, which was very quick, they where very difficult to call or communicate and did very little to help us with fraud on there system. They did finally close the fraudulent account but did zero to contract the bank where the money was sent to retrieve the funds. They basically said you can call the ...

Getting paid by this service is a pain.

Rewriting after resolution. (Support got it working.) And because they made a clear response and I hope they look at the process. My overall suggestion is still that the product should not be used and that it will annoy the people you pay. Because an employee that no longer worked here signed up, changing the setup so that we could get paid was a lot more work than it should have been. The company forces you to make an…

The company forces you to make an account and limits you until you get your customer to sign up. You can't access your admin portal until you get your customer to sign up, this is some weird marketing scheme to get you and your customers to sign up because they think you will not leave them if you already made accounts. I wish I could give this company negative 5 stars. Don't use cheap tactics to try and gain a user base, your CEO should be fired.

This was my first time setting up…

This was my first time setting up accounting software and Bill made it a breeze. It was easy to sync this with my QB online and get my account number s and vendors sent up. I love how quickly Bill syncs with QB online when I add a vendor or an invoice. It also makes it easy for my vendors to set up an account to receive payments faster.
